Cafe: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said during a meeting with the Israeli Foreign Minister that “Iran” is a common enemy of Ukraine and Israel.

According to the World News Agency, Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen arrived on a visit to Ukraine and met with President Volodymyr Zelensky and discussed peace and security in the region, including the Russia war.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told the Israeli foreign minister that Iran is our “common enemy”. Iran is disrupting the balance of power in the region and supporting militants.

According to the Jerusalem Post, Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen, along with his Ukrainian counterpart, told the media that Israel stands with the people of Ukraine against Russia’s imposition of war.

The Israeli Foreign Minister added that in the meeting with President Zelensky, they also discussed strengthening and strengthening cooperation with Ukraine in view of the Iranian threat in the region.

Eli Cohen pledged to continue Israeli projects for health care and city infrastructure in war-torn Ukraine and said Israel would support Ukraine’s peace initiative at the United Nations next week.

However, Israel has not told Ukraine anything about the supply of weapons for war from Russia, for which Ukrainian President Zelensky has appealed to Western countries many times.

It should be noted that this was the first visit by an Israeli minister after the Russian attack on Ukraine. Russia attacked Ukraine in February last year to prevent it from joining NATO and annexed 4 of its regions to its state.
