Social Media Influencer Tax in Pakistan

PNP Survey Social Media Influencer Tax

The Government of Pakistan has proposed a 5% withholding tax on income earned by Social Media Influencers through platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok under the Finance Bill 2026.

Press Network of Pakistan (PNP) invites readers, content creators, freelancers, digital entrepreneurs, businesses and the general public to share their views on the proposed Social Media Influencer Tax.

The survey aims to gather public opinion on the potential economic, social and digital impact of the proposal. Results will be published in a future PNP report and news story.

All responses are voluntary. Individual responses will remain confidential and only aggregated data may be used for journalistic and research purposes.

Take part in the survey and let your voice be heard.
