College Volleyball Team Searches in Hotel Ruins in Turkey;  3 dead bodies recovered

Ankara: Rescue teams in Turkey are searching for a college volleyball team in the rubble of a hotel and so far three bodies have been recovered.

According to the World News Agency, the Ice Hotel in Adyaman, Northern Cyprus, was also a pile of rubble in the earthquake. A group of 39 people including the college volleyball team and their teachers were staying in this hotel.

A rescue operation is underway following reports of the presence of the boys and girls volleyball team of Famagusta Turkish Maarif College along with their teachers in the seven-storey hotel. The families of the players are also sitting near the pile of debris in a state of despair.

The rescue team has recovered three bodies from the pile of debris, out of which two of the teachers and one of the students. 2 people have been pulled out alive while 4 people have already managed to get out of the wreckage with your help.

The earthquake in Turkey occurred on February 6, and despite the passage of so many days, the chances of finding someone alive from the ruins of the hotel are disappearing. The total death toll in the earthquake in Turkey and Syria has exceeded 24,000.
