Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Lahore Qalandars Digital has launched Aqibviews program.
In the first episode of the program, former Test cricketer Aqib Javed compared the two biggest traditional rivals of the PSL.
Speaking on Lahore Qalandars Digital, Aqib Javed said that there is nothing in cricket without rivals. The traditional rivalry between India and Pakistan is still the biggest rivalry in cricket.
He said that even in the match between Lahore Qalandars and Karachi Kings, the spirit of rivalry between Pakistan and India can be seen.
He said that Lahore Qalandars is very strong on paper this time, Karachi Kings is not even close to Lahore Qalandars in fast bowling.
He said that there is no competition between Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Amir while a good competition is expected between the two teams in spin.
Aqib Javed said that like all cricket fans, I am also looking forward to see the match between Matthew Wade and Shaheen Afridi.
He said that we have Fakhr Zaman and Karachi has Tabriz Shamsi.
He said that earlier the competition between Lahore and Karachi had become a competition between Shaheen Afridi and Babar Azam. After Babar’s departure to Peshawar, now Lahore Qalandars have also turned towards Peshawar.
