Brussels: The disgusting role of the Indian media, which runs fake news against Pakistan through fake sources, has been exposed again.

According to the new report of ‘EU Disinfo Lab’, a research organization working on fake news in the European Union, which has been named ‘bad source’, Indian news agency Asian News International (ANI) has quoted Pakistan. In its news, it constantly refers to journalists, organizations and bloggers who do not exist.

All the fake networks are run by ANI through Delhi’s Srivastava Group. This group has been involved in poisonous propaganda against Pakistan through fake NGOs, think tanks and fake media houses for the past 15 years.

The report further states that fake events and demonstrations against Pakistan are organized by NGOs in the United Nations and UNHCR. The aim of all these actions is to affect the reputation of Pakistan at the global level.

Anti-Pakistan narrative is spread by fake media including Chronicle and viralized as ‘true story’ on fake media.

According to the report, ANI gives references to people, conferences, reviews and articles that do not actually exist. These anonymous authors were used as references in 19 peer-reviewed conferences, more than 200 reviews, and more than 500 articles.

According to the report, more than 300 stories by ANI from 2016 to 2023, reports by bloggers and geopolitical experts have nothing to do with reality.
