Illegal weapons, 2 MP5 rifles, magazines and bullets were recovered from the possession of the accused
Lahore: Police arrested three persons who were displaying illegal weapons in a double cabin vehicle.
On the instructions of CCPO Lahore and DIG Operations, Sadar Division Police cordoned off illegal arms and those exhibiting them.
During the crackdown, the Township Police arrested 3 suspects, from whose possession illegal weapons, 2 MP5 rifles, magazines and bullets were recovered.
The arrested accused include Ahmed Sindhu, Muhammad Junaid and Farrukh Shehzad, against whom cases have been registered. The accused were roaming around with weapons despite the ban.
SP president Sudra Khan said that illegal weapons and those exhibiting them are being arrested immediately.
