Accused Mansoor Ali was arrested from PECHS area of Karachi
Karachi: FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Cell Karachi arrested the accused who was extorting money under the guise of employment abroad and recovered several passports.
Under the direction of Director Karachi Zone Zaeem Sheikh, the crackdown is on to arrest human traffickers. On the orders of Deputy Director Anti-Human Trafficking Circle, Bahawal Ostu, the raiding team arrested the human trafficker. Accused Mansoor Ali was arrested from PECHS area of Karachi.
According to the FIA spokesperson, the accused was involved in the heinous crime of human trafficking, obtaining passports from unlicensed citizens under the guise of employment abroad. The accused extorted lakhs of rupees from citizens in the name of employment abroad. During the raid, several passports were recovered from the possession of the accused.
Several forms, check books, stamps and other travel documents have also been recovered from the accused. The accused has been arrested and investigation has been started while raids are being conducted to arrest the other accused.
