Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Lahore Qalandars Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Atif Rana has said that Shaheen Afridi will give his best if given the responsibility of captaining the national team.
In his statement, CEO Lahore Qalandars Atif Rana said that Lahore Qalandars could not perform in the first four seasons. When we made Shaheen Afridi the captain, he did what no one could do.
Shaheen Afridi has been the best bowler of ODI and Test team. Shaheen Afridi equaled Wasim Akram’s record by taking 18 wickets in the World Cup.
He said that our team has the ability to beat any team.
Atif Rana said that PSL is a product of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Our job is to give platform to children at grass root level.
He also said that the players of Lahore Qalandars are like my family.
