Islamabad: 3 bail applications of Chairman PTI have been fixed for hearing in the Anti-Terrorism Court.
Two cases have been registered against former Prime Minister and Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan in Khana police station and one in Bahara Kahu police station, which the court has fixed for hearing. Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of the Anti-Terrorism Court will hear these three applications on October 16.
It should be noted that in light of the decision of the Islamabad High Court, the dismissed bail applications on the absence of Chairman PTI have been rescheduled. The ATC had dismissed all three bail pleas on the PTI chairman’s absence.
