Islamabad: An explanatory statement was issued on the remarks of the Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa about marriage of choice in the family case.
An explanatory statement issued by the Supreme Court said that on September 26, a case regarding the extradition of the children was heard in courtroom number one.
According to the statement, the Supreme Court observed that parents should show love for the welfare of their children. The principle of love must be applied.
