Announcing a public holiday on September 1 in Sindh

Karachi: The Sindh government has announced a public holiday across the province on September 1.

According to the notification issued by the Sindh government, there will be a public holiday across Sindh on Friday, September 1, on the occasion of the Urs of Sufi saint Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai.

According to the notification, all government and semi-government institutions across the province will remain closed on September 1.

It should be noted that banks and business places will remain open as there is no federal holiday.
