Islamabad: On the recommendation of the Prime Minister, President Dr. Arif Alvi approved the extension of the tenure of 3 additional judges of Peshawar High Court by 6 months.
According to the announcement issued by the spokesperson of the President’s House, the President approved the extension of the tenure of Justice Fazal Subhan, Shahid Khan and Dr. Khurshid Iqbal by 6 months.
The extension of tenure of the three Additional Judges will be effective from July 18, 2023.
