Pakistan Super League (PSL) team Peshawar Zalmi’s fast bowler Wahab Riaz caught Quetta Gladiator’s Iftikhar Ahmed outside the ground after an exhibition match.
PCB shared a video on its official Twitter account in which Wahab Riaz and Iftikhar Ahmed are seen chatting happily after the match.
Wahab Riyaz grabs Iftikhar Ahmed and says note my point, this shirt you are wearing will not work in PSL anymore, at which Iftikhar Ahmed is seen laughing.
Peshawar Zalmi’s Wahab Riaz while commenting on Iftikhar Ahmed’s batting with fellow players says that I tried to hit him on leg but he hit a very good six over the yorker.
Wahab Riaz said that tasting me is a big thing and eating from him is a bigger thing.
It should be noted that in the exhibition match of PSL, Quetta Gladiators had given Peshawar Zalmi a target of 185 runs to win in 20 overs.
Iftikhar Ahmed played an unbeaten innings of 94 runs off 50 balls while Khushdil Shah scored 36 runs and Abdul Wahid Bangalzai scored 28 runs.
From Peshawar Zalmi, Wahab took 3 wickets while Amir Jamal and Osama Mir took one wicket each.
In pursuit of the target, Peshawar Zalmi also showed a good performance, but the match was won by Sarfaraz XI by 3 runs.
