The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the prize money for the World Test Championship, $1.6 million will be given to the winning team and $8 million to the runner-up.
The final of the ICC Test Championship will be played between India and Australia in London from June 7.
ICC has announced a prize money of 3.8 million dollars for the Test Championship.
The winning team of the final will be entitled to 1.6 million dollars and the runner-up team will be entitled to 8 million dollars.
England will get 350,000, Sri Lanka will get 200,000 dollars, while New Zealand, Pakistan, West Indies and Bangladesh will get 100,000 dollars each.
