Islamabad: The High Court has issued a notice to IJ Salamabad in the contempt of court case regarding the arrest of Shireen Mazari.
A hearing was held on the request to make the IG Islamabad a party to the contempt of court case regarding the re-arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shireen Mazari after her release. In the hearing of the case before Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb, the petitioner requested that IG Islamabad be made a party in the contempt of court case.
The court, while accepting the plea of contempt of court in the Shireen Mazari case, issued a notice to IG Islamabad and adjourned the hearing till May 25.
