Lahore: The police arrested two named accused who tortured the boy in Nishtar Colony.
The video of a boy named Ramesh being tortured went viral on social media. On the instructions of SP Model Town, a case was registered and a team was formed to arrest the accused.
The police arrested the two suspects from Asif Town by tracking them with the help of footage.
Ramesh had come to drop off his friend Shiza at Asif Town Academy when the accused caught him and tortured him. In the footage, the accused can be seen torturing them.
Arrested accused include Irfan, Naeem while raids are being conducted to arrest other accused.
