Islamabad: The duty magistrate handed over PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur to the police on one-day physical remand.
PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur was produced in the duty magistrate’s court. The duty magistrate ordered that Ali Amin Gandapur be produced in the Anti-Terrorism Court tomorrow.
The prosecutor said that Ali Amin Gandapur has been taken into custody by the Islamabad Police.
According to the police, a case under ATA has been registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in Golra police station and tomorrow the police will request the physical remand of Ali Amin Gandapur from the anti-terrorism court.
According to the sources, the audio of Ali Amin Gandapur collecting weapons near Islamabad has also been made part of the case record.
