Audioleaks case, IB's decision to withdraw objection plea to bench

Islamabad: The Intelligence Bureau (IB) has decided to withdraw the miscellaneous petition challenging the bench in the audio leaks case.

According to the details, IB has filed an application in the Islamabad High Court to withdraw the application, which will be heard by Justice Babar Sattar tomorrow.

It should be noted that earlier IB filed an application in the Islamabad High Court objecting to the presence of Justice Babar Sattar in the bench, which was rejected by the Islamabad High Court.
