Karachi: 8-year-old Farzana was injured by a bullet from an unknown direction inside the house in Lasi Goth area of Sohrab Goth.
He was transferred to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. According to SHO Shahzad Ilyas, the girl was playing in the yard of the house.
While playing, the coin of the blind bullet got stuck in the stomach, which was removed by her family while the girl was being given medical aid.
