Islamabad: The court acquitted Imran Khan and Asad Umar from the case registered for holding a rally.
The hearing of the case against the rally in favor of the judiciary was held in the District and Sessions Courts Islamabad, where the court acquitted the founding chairman PTI Imran Khan and former federal treasurer Asad Umar and Ali Nawaz Awan.
The case was heard by Judicial Magistrate Mureed Abbas. On this occasion, lawyer Sardar was busy and Amina Ali appeared before the court.
During the hearing, the court acquitted both the accused in the Margalla police case. The court ordered the acquittal of the other accused including the co-accused MNA Raja Khurram Nawaz.
