Expected rain in Karachi;  Announcement of half day holiday in public and private institutions

Karachi: In view of the forecast of rain in the city tomorrow, the Sindh government has announced a half-day holiday in government, autonomous and semi-autonomous institutions.

The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain and hail in the city after noon on Friday, in view of which the provincial government has declared a half-day holiday in government offices including autonomous, semi-autonomous bodies, corporations and local councils. It has been announced.

According to the notification issued in this regard, on March 1, the working hours of all the above-mentioned offices will be till 2 pm, while the notification will also apply to private sector institutions.
