Islamabad / Peshawar: President Dr. Arif Alvi extended the tenure of three additional judges of Peshawar High Court.
According to the details, the President of the State extended the tenure of Peshawar High Court Justices Fazal Subhan, Shahid Khan and Dr. Khurshid Iqbal, which was notified by the Presidency.
According to the notification, the extension of the period will be applicable from January 18 till the appointment by the Judicial Commission of Pakistan.
The notification states that the President extended the term under Article 197 of the Constitution
