Islamabad: Supreme Court Justice Sardar Tariq Masood will assume the post of Chief Justice of Pakistan.
According to sources, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood will take oath as Acting Chief Justice of Pakistan tomorrow. Justice Tariq Masood will serve as Acting Chief Justice for 2 weeks.
Chief Justice Supreme Court of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will go abroad for 2 weeks, during which time Justice Sardar Tariq Masood will be acting Chief Justice.
