Lahore: A key commander of the banned organization TTP was killed in an attack on a team of anti-terrorist force in Kalabagh area of Punjab.
According to the CTD spokesman, terrorists attacked the team of CTD Mianwali in Kalabagh, on which the officials retaliated and there was a two-way exchange of fire for twenty minutes.
In the exchange of fire, the main commander and terrorist of the outlawed organization Habibur Rehman was killed while his two accomplices escaped from the scene. According to the CTD spokesperson, Kalashnikov, suicide jacket and TTP stickers were recovered from the possession of the terrorist.
The Anti-Terrorism Force has launched a grand operation to search for two accomplices of the slain terrorist, while a case has been registered in Sargodha police station CTD.
