Islamabad: The Supreme Court ordered to prepare a list of cases under Article 184 (3).

The 3-member committee of the Supreme Court under the chairmanship of Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Qazi Faiz Isa took a major decision and ordered to prepare a list of cases under Article 184(3).

According to sources, the Registrar Supreme Court has been ordered to submit the list of cases under Article 184(3). Apart from this, the committee has also ordered the Registrar Supreme Court to submit a list of cases related to the interpretation of the Constitution.

A 5-member larger bench of the Supreme Court will be constituted for hearing constitutional cases. Justice Sardar Tariq Justice Ejaz-ul-Ahsan participated in the meeting of the committee.
