Karachi: The MQM worker recovered after 6 years and reached the Sindh High Court, the High Court ordered to restore the identity card of Muhammad Javed Khan.
During the hearing in front of a two-member bench headed by Justice Nimatullah Phalphoto, MQM activist Muhammad Javed recovered after 6 years.
Justice Nimatullah Phalphotu said in the dialogue that where were you? Who took it? Javed Khan said that I do not know anything.
Justice Nimatullah Phalphoto remarked that tell something so that others will benefit. Some idea will be which agency was it?
Mohammad Javed Khan said that I do not know anything, the blindfold was tied.

Javed said that he was related to MQM and was taken on political grounds. I was released after paying a rent of 500 rupees.
The petitioner’s lawyer submitted that the citizen’s identity card was blocked and should be restored. Restoration on the job should also be ordered.
The government advocate stated that the identity card and job restoration cannot be included in this application.
The court remarked why it cannot be done, the agency took it away and kept it for so many years.
The court ordered the restoration of Mohammad Javed Khan’s identity card and disposed of the recovery request.
