Upset in the quarterfinals of the women’s event at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. The event’s top seed and world number one Aga Savia Tech and number four seed Jessica Pegola lost to unseeded players.

The ongoing event at the All England Club in London saw two quarter-finals of the women’s event on Tuesday, which ended in thrilling contests for the unseeded players.

World number one and top seed Poland’s Aga Savea Tech was defeated by unseeded Ukraine’s Elina Svitolina 5-7, 7-6, 2-6 after a three-set contest.

In another quarter-final, number four seed Jessica Pagiola lost to unseeded player Marketa Vondro Suva 4-6, 2-6, 4-6.

Both the winners will compete in the semi-finals.
