Corps Commander Peshawar visits Radio Pakistan, assesses damage

Corps Commander visited Peshawar to assess the damage caused to Radio Pakistan during the protests and riots against the arrest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan.

According to Express News, Corps Commander Peshawar was given a detailed briefing on the incident in Radio Pakistan while also visiting different parts of the building and issued instructions to speed up the restoration of Radio Pakistan.

The Corps Commander said that Pakistan Army personnel are engaged in the restoration and cleaning of Radio Pakistan Peshawar with regard to various works, full support will be provided by the Pakistan Army including the installation of transmitters, repair of the building.

On this occasion, Corps Commander Peshawar said that the employees injured in the incident will be provided complete treatment at CMH Hospital.

It should be remembered that with the help of the Pakistan Army, it has resumed its broadcasting the previous day, which is a commitment that the army and the people are together.
