New Zealand’s Indian-origin player Ash Sodhi says that he has a close relationship with Pakistan because of his ancestors.

Meanwhile, Salman Ali Agha asked Ash Sodhi questions about his experience in Pakistan, his personal life likes and dislikes including different cities of Pakistan and food there.
Meanwhile, Ash Sodhi said that his ancestors belong to Lahore, they went to India after the partition of India.
He said that because of his ancestors, he has a close relationship with Pakistan. He got a special feeling when he came to Lahore.
Ash Sodhi said that this is the second tour this year, it feels great to come to Pakistan.
He also said that one thing about the food here was very good while Fakhar Zaman arranged Dum Pakht which was very enjoyable for all the New Zealand players including me.
He said that our players liked the cooked meat and its spices very much. Lachhedar Paratha is very much liked by Panchabi.
Ash Sodhi said that he had a great time in Pakistan, it felt like he was at home.
