Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas arrived in Saudi Arabia

Prince Badr bin Sultan, Deputy Emir of Makkah, welcomes the Palestinian President in Jeddah.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has arrived in Saudi Arabia today, where he will meet Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

According to the Palestinian official news agency, President Mahmoud Abbas and the Saudi Crown Prince will discuss the current situation of the Palestinian issue and regional issues, as well as discuss strengthening the relations between Palestine and Saudi Arabia.

The report said that a delegation of Hamas headed by Ismail Haniyeh has gone to Saudi Arabia, but it is just a coincidence that the Palestinian president is also on a visit at the moment.

The Hamas delegation was not confirmed by both Hamas and Riyadh.

The members of the Hamas delegation will discuss performing Umrah at Baitullah Sharif as well as improving relations with Riyadh.
