RIYADH: Saudi Arabia has introduced a new facility to increase the Saudization rate in the private sector.
According to Urdu News, the Saudi Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare has announced a new facility for private enterprises with green scope.
The Ministry of Manpower says that green-labeled establishments that are restricted from paying employee salaries through banks will be included in the green-label program immediately after hiring Saudi employees, with implementation starting May 1, 2023.
The private sector in Saudi Arabia said that despite the appointment of Saudi nationals, they are not immediately included in the program due to which they face difficulties.
The ministry says that as soon as the green-label companies employ a Saudi citizen, they will be immediately included in the program system, this facility will increase the rate of Saudization.
It should be noted that the Saudi Ministry of Manpower has introduced two major programs to bring about major changes in the labor market, each organization has been asked to pay salaries to its employees through banks on time, while the other is the Advance Scale Program.
