5 people were killed and 6 injured in a shooting in the city of Louisville, Kentucky, USA. The injured were shifted to hospital.
Louisville Police Chief Paul Humphrey said the gunman opened fire at the bank just after 8:30 a.m.
According to law enforcement, the assailant is an office worker with possible mental health issues.
It was not clear whether the assailant was killed by police firing or shot himself.
Police have asked residents to stay away from the East Main Street area.
Dozens of police cars, ambulances and fire trucks were seen lining North Floyd and North Preston streets after the incident in Louisville, Kentucky’s largest city.
