Judicial Magistrate Sharqi dismissed the case against PTI leader Hassan Niazi for provocative speech
Karachi: Judicial Magistrate Sharqi dismissed the case of inflammatory speech against PTI leader Hassan Niazi and ordered acquittal.
The case of provocative speech was heard in Karachi City Court in front of the court of Judicial Magistrate Sharqi. The police produced Hassan Niazi.
Hasan Niazi was requested to be remanded for 2 weeks by the police.
Hasan Niazi’s lawyers opposed the remand. The lawyers argued that the political opposition has made every false case.
The investigating officer said that the accused has to be investigated for very serious charges.
The court discharged the case against Hassan Niazi and ordered him to be acquitted and released under Section 63.
