During the alleged rape of a 10-year-old child in the Hayal village of Rawalpindi, the accused killed him in the washroom.
According to the police, the deceased child has been identified as Abubakar, whose body has been shifted to District Headquarters Hospital for post-mortem.
According to the details, the citizens caught the accused Irfan red-handed and handed him over to the police. It will be clear in the post-mortem report whether the child was raped or attempted.
CPO Syed Khalid Muhammad Hamdani has taken notice of the child’s murder and has sought a report from the SP president. SP President Muhammad Nabeel visited the spot along with a contingent and has called the Punjab Mobile Forensic Laboratory to the spot to collect vital evidence.
The police spokesman said that an investigation is being conducted to find out the motives of the tragic incident, the accused will be charged with solid evidence and punished for committing a brutal crime.
