Peshawar: The officer who protested against the explosion in Peshawar police lines, the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was dismissed on the basis of violation of rules.
According to Express News, Jamshed, a constable posted in Bannu, protested against the explosion on his tiktok police lines and uploaded the video on his tiktok account, on which the higher officers took notice and decided to investigate.
According to the order issued by the police office, a departmental inquiry was also conducted against Constable Jamshed, during which he was given a full opportunity to come clean, but he could not satisfy the investigation team. A show cause notice was also issued to the constable.
According to the officials, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police violated Roz in Tik Tok videos and could not give a satisfactory answer to it, on which the Commandant FRP decided to dismiss the officer.
Speaking to the media, Constable Jamshed said that I was removed from my job for protesting against the police lines explosion, I will take legal action regarding the dismissal. What happened was that I was retaliated against for speaking up for the rights of personnel.
