The provincial information minister said that there will be a notice on the forum on which it is tweeted or posted, the judge of the tribunal will ask to take three appearance dates of his choice in twenty-one days, if anyone wants to defend, he should say Maybe I want to defend if he is proven, three million degrees will be released, he will have to pay damages.
Uzma Bukhari said that seven days will be given to him that if he wants to go to the criminal side, he can go, the case has to be completed in one hundred and eighty days. will be given the status of a tribunal.
The Punjab Information Minister said that the Chief Minister of Punjab has instructed that we are withholding its approval until Sunday. Journalist organizations should write to us and inform us about the objectionable clause and they can discuss it with us. We don’t want to use it for politics, we don’t want to throw people’s turbans.
He said that there are many news in our country but not in foreign countries, there are strong laws, whose only job is to earn dollars by gossiping, there are problems for these people, these problems are for ordinary journalists. It may or may not ban, but it will not allow anyone to do wrong under the guise of expressing an opinion.
Uzmi Bukhari said that no one is afraid of social media, there is definitely an objection to social media accusations, social media has to be used with distinction and civility as there are prevailing laws in the whole country and the same method has been adopted here. The judge has to hear only two cases a day, the judges have three to three hundred cases, so they don’t get to hear these cases.
