Shangla attack; The Chinese convoy of 12 vehicles was under foolproof security, the police said

Peshawar: Regarding the suicide attack in Bisham, the police say that the convoy of 12 vehicles was under foolproof security.

A letter has been sent by the police to the CTD to register a case of attack on a convoy carrying Chinese in Shangla. In the letter sent by the SHO of Bisham police station, it has been requested to file an FIR under the provisions of terrorism.

It is stated in the post that it was reported that there was a suicide attack on the Chinese convoy in Nala Bisham, Lahore. In view of the information, the police team reached the spot. A Chinese convoy consisting of 12 vehicles was going from Islamabad to Dasu Dam Kohistan under foolproof security.

In the message sent by the police, it was stated that on the way, a suicide bomber rammed a car full of explosives into a coaster that was part of the convoy. The explosion set the coaster on fire and plunged into a deep ditch. In the incident, 5 Chinese people sitting in the coaster were killed while a Pakistani driver was killed. The vehicle used in the blast was completely destroyed and the body parts of the suicide bomber were thrown in the air.

The post stated that another vehicle in Conway was also damaged due to the explosion. Other Chinese and security personnel in Conway escaped unhurt. An FIR of the incident should be registered against unknown terrorists.
