Peshawar: Lower Dir: 2 youths were kidnapped in a cheap car scam, in which the kidnappers have demanded a ransom of 5 crores.
According to Express News, two youths were abducted on the pretense of giving the vehicle at a cheap price. The abducted youths belong to Lower Dir and Bajaur.
Kidnapped Haji Hameed saw the pictures of the vehicles on social media and then bought the vehicle along with his partner and went to Punjab, where the dacoits of Kache sent a locution. After which the two companions were taken hostage by the bandits at gunpoint.
The families of the two kidnapped youths say that the abductors have demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore from the families.
On the other hand, DPO Lower Dir Ziauddin Ahmed has confirmed that the two youths have been kidnapped from Punjab. This matter belongs to Punjab Police. Both the youths have left home and were abducted in Punjab. Lower Dir police can’t do anything about this problem.
The heirs of the abductees have demanded steps from the government to recover the two youths.
