A person who attempted self-immolation along with 3 children died during treatment, while the condition of the children is critical.
On getting the information about the incident, the residents of the neighborhood gathered and put out the fire with their help and shifted the ambulance to Civil Hospital Burns Ward for immediate medical assistance.
Khawaja Ajmer Nagri Police says that 45-year-old Arif son of Bashir, living in North Karachi Sector 5C4 House No.L 246, along with his 3 children, sprinkled petrol on himself and set himself on fire along with three young children in Oakland Ground near the house. had taken Among the children are her 2 daughters, 4-year-old Iman Fatima and 5-year-old Horiya, while her son is 3-year-old Ghulam Hussain.
The police say that in the initial investigation, the self-immolator, including 3 children, set up Arif Fruit, who has done 2 marriages, but the reason could not be determined immediately. Arif died while undergoing treatment in Civil Burns Ward.
The son said that the father was also worried because of the debt and that’s why he sprinkled petrol on himself and set himself on fire. He left the house asking the children to get something. They used to put fruits near the house, the fruits were not sold and were spoiled.
