According to reports, Mihir Diwakar signed an agreement with Mahendra Singh Dhoni in 2017, Mihir Diwakar, who was his partner in a sports firm, was to open cricket academies around the world in the name of MS Dhoni. , but they did not follow any terms of the agreement.
According to the suit, Arca Sports was contractually obligated to pay franchise fees and share in profits, but all terms and conditions were violated.
After which Dhoni withdrew the authorization letter given to Arca Sports on 15 August 2021 and sent several legal notices to them, but no response was received.
Dhoni’s lawyer claimed that the firm cheated his client due to which he lost more than Rs 15 crore.
