The Balochistan High Court upheld the injunction on the election of the Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and adjourned the hearing till tomorrow.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Aamir Rana heard the petition related to stopping the election of Chairman PCB in the Balochistan High Court.
In the hearing, the lawyers of PCB, federal government and the petitioner appeared, the response was filed on behalf of the parties in the court, and it was approved for discussion.
The court ordered to maintain the injunction regarding holding the election of Chairman PCB.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till Tuesday morning.
On the last hearing, the High Court had issued an injunction on the election of Chairman PCB. The constitutional petition was filed on behalf of Gul Muhammad Kakar.
