The 2027 Football Asia Cup will be played in Saudi Arabia, it was confirmed at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) meeting in Bahrain.
In the AFC meeting of Manama, Saudi Arabia had offered to host the Asia Cup, India withdrew last year.
Iran, Qatar and Uzbekistan also pulled out of hosting the 2027 Asia Cup.
This will be the first time that Asia’s biggest football tournament will be held in Saudi Arabia.
