Peshawar High Court fixed for hearing the petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf regarding the intra-party elections and withdrawal of electoral symbols.
Justice Kamran Hayat Mian Khel will hear PTI’s petition.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Barrister Gohar has appealed to the Peshawar High Court to annul the decision of the Election Commission against declaring the intra-party elections null and void and withdrawing the election symbol of the bat.
Barrister Gohar Ali filed a petition in the High Court after meeting and consulting PTI founder Imran Khan in jail.
It should be noted that the Election Commission declared PTI’s intra-party election null and void and did not upload PTI’s party certificate on the official website, after which the bat sign was also withdrawn from PTI. .
On the other hand, Senior Vice President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Sher Fazal Marwat has also demanded to take notice of Pervaiz Khattak’s statement regarding bat sign.
