In Group ‘B’ of the National T20 Cup played in Karachi, Dera Murad Jamali Region batted first and scored 182 runs for 6 wickets.
Karachi Whites achieved the target 13 balls before. Umair Yusuf scored 78 and Asad Shafiq scored 62 runs.
In the Group ‘A’ match, Peshawar Region beat Lahore Whites by 7 wickets. Lahore Whites’ target of 129 runs was easily achieved by Peshawar Region in 18.3 overs.
In another match, Lahore Blues defeated Hyderabad. In the match played at UBL Sports Complex, Hyderabad scored 153 runs for 6 wickets and this target was achieved by Lahore Blues for 9 wickets.
Also, Karachi Blues defeated Quetta by 5 wickets. Quetta scored 145 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs. Karachi Blues achieved the target with an over to spare.
