Currently, there is no final word regarding Pakistan cricket team’s opener Fakhar Zaman playing the next match of the World Cup.
According to sources, Fakhar Zaman is recovering fast from his knee injury and will participate in training this evening.
Sources say that their fitness will be evaluated during the training session, a decision will be taken regarding their fitness and availability after the training session.
On the other hand, the Pakistan team will practice at the Chidambaram Stadium this evening after a full day of rest.
The match between Pakistan and South Africa is scheduled for Friday, for which the South African team will reach Chennai today.
It should be noted that Fakhar Zaman has played only one match of the World Cup so far.
