All-rounder of Quetta Gladiators Muhammad Hafeez has said that Quetta Gladiators have everything to become champions this time.
In an exclusive conversation with Geo News, Mohammad Hafeez said that my first priority is to play cricket, I was looking for an opportunity.
He said that he felt that there was no pick available in the PSL draft, so I said yes when Quetta Gladiators called.
Mohammad Hafeez said that Gladiators have always been my second team but could not play, now if I get a chance I will play my role in the success of the team.
The Gladiators all-rounder said he was not disappointed at not being picked in a team, taking it in a positive light. I thought if no one wants to feed then it doesn’t matter, I stayed in practice and was looking for an opportunity.
Mohammad Hafeez said that whatever role was given to me by the management, I will play it fully.
He said that Quetta Gladiators have young players, the batting is experienced. Iftikhar Ahmed is playing well while Sarfraz Ahmed and Mohammad Nawaz are also in form.
He said that there is excitement in the Pakistan Super League, because of the competitive cricket, this league is popular all over the world.
Muhammad Hafeez said that the bowling of PSL is of quality, the bowling of Haris, Shaheen and Zaman is an example of this.
He said that the career of PSL players gets longer.
Talking about his former team, Mohammad Hafeez said that playing with Lahore Qalandars was a lot of fun, this is my own team.
He said that he played with Lahore Qalandars with pride and honor, this is the fun of franchise cricket that you play your role in whichever team you play for.
