An Iranian military delegation has arrived in Moscow yesterday, this delegation will discuss the cooperation between the armed forces of Iran and Russia.
The commander-in-chief of the Russian army, General Oleg Slyukov, says that Russia sees Iran as an important state in the Middle East.
He said that Iran is a strategic partner of Russia and permanent political dialogue is an important part of our partnership.
The Russian Defense Ministry said in its statement that Iran’s military delegation is headed by the commander of the army, General Khamarz Heydari.
