Lahore: An application was filed in the Lahore High Court for the recovery of former Chief Minister Punjab Pervez Elahi’s Principal Secretary Muhammad Khan Bhatti.
The petition has been filed by Mohammad Khan Bhatti’s wife Kausar Parveen, in which the federal government, FIA, anti-corruption and police have been made parties.
It has been said in the petition that Muhammad Khan Bhatti has been appointed in important positions including Principal Secretary, he is being targeted for political revenge.
According to the wife, Mohammad Khan Bhatti was last contacted on the phone at 6 pm yesterday, he told that some unknown persons were taking him with him.
Muhammad Khan Bhatti’s wife requested the Lahore High Court to order the recovery of her husband and produce him in court.
