Karachi: The girl from Rawalpindi, who made friends on Instagram, got married on reaching Karachi, while the newlywed couple also filed an application in Malir Court for protection.
The girl Noor Haroon took the stand that I have married Taseem of choice but my family is threatening us. I have not been kidnapped by anyone, but have married with my own consent. We should be protected and the case should be dismissed.
The newlyweds have pleaded that there is a threat from the family, so they should be given protection. We both got in touch on Instagram but a case has been registered against us in Sadar police station Rawalpindi.
