Visas have been issued to the Pakistan football team to go to India for participation in the South Asian Football Federation (SAF) Championship.
The Indian Embassy in Mauritius issued visas to the Pakistan football team.
Pakistan football team will participate in SAFF Championship in India.
It should be noted that there was a two-day delay in the issuance of visas to the Pakistan team. Due to the delay in the issuance of visas, the team could not depart as per schedule.
The Pakistan team was earlier supposed to depart from Mauritius on Sunday, now the search for a new flight option is on.
It should be noted that the SAFF Championship is starting from June 21 in the Indian city of Bangalore. Pakistan has to play a match against India on the opening day.
Sources say that there is an option to reschedule the match between Pakistan and India.
